Before you take that selfie, have a ponder about the different ways to add depth to the surrounding. Imagine what’s possible with textures, lighting, pop-out details and props. With an artistic touch, it’s easy to turn a simple backdrop into a hub where the cool kids like to hang out. Photobooths are so in right now, so remember to put on your creative hat on for those, too!
Get right into theming the whole space!
Number 1 rule when it comes to styling an event: Picture it with the entire setting in mind. Unless you’re intentional about meshing different trends, the scene can look a tad not-quite-right. Avoid this by sticking to a concept that will translate from the carpet, the walls, the dress code, the dining setting and the finer details in between.
