The hard truth about DIY

DIY has it’s moments of being really useful and can save you money (at times). Let’s be realistic though as to where you would action this skill. House renovation, landscaping, decorating the interior of your house, painting a picture these are some great ideas but this also doesn’t mean that you can install wedding draping. This is not as simple as rope and duct tape, meters and meters of material can get heavy, so how would you do it?

With the current OH&S laws proof of qualifications, permits and up to date tickets will have to be provided to the venue to prove that your decorated space is safe for your guests. So getting back to DIY what if you know someone that has these, great does this person come with all the equipment as well? If you don’t know or have doubts about any of these chances are the set up for your big day will be at a stand still (Cue the sound when you get a cross on Family Feud).
